Herts County Cup
BSU18 Blues progressed to the third round of the Herts County Cup with a 4-0 win over Broxborne (Robbie Woodhouse 2, Mark Robinson and Nick Azzopardi). BSU17 Towns match against Ware Academy was abandoned at 0-0 with 3 minutes remaining after the referee was hit in the face by the football and was unable to continue. BSU16 EJA beat Ware Academy U16 in a thrilling match – winning 6-5 after extra time. Will Ekong scored 2, Ryhs Watkins, Alan Derham-Byrne, Joe Slade and Jack Julier scored the others. BSU16 Town lost 2-1 against Baldock (Allessio Follesa with the goal). The matches involving BSU18 Whites, BSU17 Northolt, BSU14 EJA, BSU14 Rovers and BSU12 Town were all postponed due to the weather and are rescheduled for next week.
Royston Crow League – League Cup
Emmanuel Enemokwu scored twice and Fraser Haold once but BSU13 Athletic lost 6-3 to Roebuck.

BSU18 Town beat Manuden 5-0 with George Medlycott and George Wappett scoring two each. BSU16 Rovers lost 5-2 againt Stevenage Borough – goals from a George Redman free kick and Bradley Dumont. BSU15 Athletic lost 5-2 against a very strong Fairlands side – Ed Connor and Jamie Burridge scoring for the Blues. BSU15 Park went goal crazy and beat hapless Stevenage Colts 17-0. Michael Collins led the scorers with 6, James Harvey got 3, Ryan Carroll and Harry Richardson 2 each with one each from Mitchell Ede, Ollie Warburton, Kieran Woolcott and Max Maloney. BSU15 Rovers lost 1-0 to Stansted. BSU13 Rovers lost 3-1.
BSU12 Rangers beat Biggleswade 2-0 with goals from Harry Miller and Jack Matheron. Ben Jones (2), George Collier-Smith and Michael Wheelhouse scored for BSU12 Wanderers in a 5-1 win over Arlesey. In Division 4 BSU12 Athletic beat Baldock Knights 7-2 George Prickler and Jack Connolly scored twice each and Kieran Rutherford, Callum Lewis and Brandon Radford the others. BSU12 Rovers lsot 6-0 against Royston Celtic. BSU12 Colts won 4-3 against Eynesbury.
BSU11 Town lost for the first time this season 2-1 against neighbours Sawbridgeworth (Conor Hutchinson with the goal). BSU11 Athletic lost 3-2 for the second week running – this time against Baldock. Arron Fitzsimmons and Kuba TOmasik scoring the 2 Stortford goals. BSU11 Colts lost 7-0 against Elsenham. Liam Holly scored five and Jake Brett the other as BSU11 Rangers beat Buntingford 6-0.
BSU10 Town lost 1-0 against Buntingford “A” team. BSU10 Athletic beat Buntingford “B” 6-1 with goals from Matt Smith (3), Ben Warman and Owen Palmer. BSU10 Rovers lost 2-1 against Hitchin – Declan Borg with the goal.
S-Tech Cambridgeshire Girls League
Sian Atkins scored the consolation for BSU14 Girls in a 3-1 defeat by Posh Girls at Peterborough.
FA Youth Cup
Remember that BSFC U18 side play away at MK Dons in the 2nd Round proper of the FA Youth Cup on Tuesday. Kick off is 7pm at the MK Dons stadium in Milton Keynes. A great opportunity to support one of our teams.
